"As of today 4/26/22 My account is Missing!!! I was using the account features just fine all of a sudden a moment ago when I try to login my account is missing the app just stopped working and it won't recognize me the website won't recognize me and I can't get in my acnt I call the phone number I can't get a human because I can't get past the automated system cuz it doesn't recognize my information input I need someone to help me find out what the problem is. where is my money ???"

"Are y'all just plain stupid or something? I am STILL trying to login so I installed the app again and you are sending an email with a verification code that expires within 5 minutes. Kinda hard to enter a verification code when the email never arrives not even in spam. I have had this account 3-4 years but may switch in the next 24 hours if this isn't resolved.!!!"
